Moshi Monsters Launch Printable Trading Card


Mind Candy announced today that it was launching a line of printable trading cards for its kids world, Moshi Monsters.
The cards, while free, are a nod towards connecting the real world from
the virtual. Currently, Moshi exists solely online and monetizes
through memberships and virtual goods sales.
The cards display a user's Monster and stats for their activities.
It's not quite the offline swapping and trading of virtual goods that Disney's Pixie Hollow toy line brought, but it does encourage some offline participation and extension of play. That could be a step towards priming kids for its upcoming plush line.
